Please log in as a member of TYR STORE HONG KONG Hong Kong official online store to check the status of the order. If the goods are dispatched, there will be a tracking number.

After the order is successfully placed, the system will send it out within 7 working days after the payment is successful based on the delivery address and phone number you filled in. It is expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is subject to the official express website announcement.

如果已成功付款, 您可以在我的帳戶裡看到訂單狀態是處理, 同時亦會收到一封郵件通知你. (如果沒有成功付款, 那麼在您的帳戶頁面會看到付款按鍵, 可以點擊再次付款)

在你訂購的產品配送到你指定的便利店或順豐門市後，我們會保留你的產品 3 天，並在此期間發送「取貨提醒」短訊給你。若第 3 天你仍未提取產品，本訂單會於順豐門店暫存快遞，並以電話方式聯絡你安排再次派送；如果至第 5 天仍未派送成功，本訂單將自動取消，產品將被收回。若你已經付款，你的款項將會扣除手續費後原路退回。如你仍需要購買該產品，請重新訂購。
